Kiwi Strawberry Cakes
1 brown rice cake (unsalted, avail. at Trader Joes)
1 tbs of strawberry cream cheese
1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
This was an instant hit! I have also used plain cream cheese with strawberries and strawberry cream cheese with fresh blueberries.
